Congestion Study Public Comment Form

Members of the public are encouraged to participate in the Congestion Study process. The public comment period is open. Use the form below to submit your comments.

Please note that if you submit comments via this Web form, there is no need to send a duplicate set of comments via mail or other means. For more information, including other ways to provide comments, see the Congestion Study Homepage.

SUBMITTING PERSONAL INFORMATION: You must submit your name for your comment to be considered. Any other information is optional. All information submitted, including your name, address, and e-mail address may be published as part of the public record for this project, including publication on the Internet.

If you submit information that you believe to be exempt by law from public disclosure, you may only submit your comments by mail, and you must submit one complete copy, as well as one copy from which the information claimed to be exempt by law from public disclosure has been deleted. DOE is responsible for the final determination concerning disclosure or nondisclosure of the information and for treating it in accordance with the DOE's Freedom of Information regulations (10 CFR 1004.11).

NOTE: Delivery of the U.S. Postal Service mail to DOE continues to be delayed by several weeks due to security screening. DOE therefore encourages those wishing to comment to submit comments electronically by using this form. If comments are submitted by regular mail, the Department requests that they be accompanied by a CD or diskette containing electronic files of the submission.
